Se solicit\u00f3 que se mantenga su detenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El fiscal penal 2 de Tartagal, Rafael Jos\u00e9 Medina, imput\u00f3 en forma provisional a un hombre de 22 a\u00f1os como autor del delito de estafa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hecho investigado ocurri\u00f3 este martes, cuando el acusado realiz\u00f3 un viaje en remis desde la ciudad de Embarcaci\u00f3n hasta la ciudad de Tartagal y se neg\u00f3 a pagar el importe de 4000 pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El conductor se comunic\u00f3 con personal policial, que se present\u00f3 en el lugar y demor\u00f3 al acusado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la audiencia de imputaci\u00f3n, estuvo acompa\u00f1ado de un defensor oficial y prest\u00f3 declaraci\u00f3n, dando su versi\u00f3n de lo ocurrido.
