Un hombre y una mujer fueron detenidos e imputados por el homicidio de V\u00edctor Sebasti\u00e1n Guti\u00e9rrez de 35 a\u00f1os, que tras ser agredido en Cerrillos, falleci\u00f3 por un TEC grave. Fueron asistidos por una defensora oficial y s\u00f3lo declar\u00f3 la mujer acusada. Se solicit\u00f3 la prisi\u00f3n preventiva de ambos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El fiscal penal 1 de la Unidad de Graves Atentados contra las Personas en turno, Leandro Flores, imput\u00f3 en forma provisional a una mujer de 23 a\u00f1os y a un hombre de 25 a\u00f1os como coautores del delito de homicidio simple y lesiones leves en concurso real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Estuvieron asistidos por una defensora oficial y la mujer acusada, prest\u00f3 declaraci\u00f3n. Desde la Fiscal\u00eda se solicit\u00f3 al Juzgado de Garant\u00edas interviniente la prisi\u00f3n preventiva de ambos acusados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
