Se solicit\u00f3 su prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El fiscal penal 2, Ramiro Ramos Ossorio, imput\u00f3 de forma provisional un hombre de 31 a\u00f1os como autor de los delitos de tentativa de homicidio simple agravado por el uso de arma de fuego, lesiones leves y tenencia, portaci\u00f3n de arma de guerra y da\u00f1os en concurso real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la audiencia de imputaci\u00f3n estuvo asistido por un defensor particular y se abstuvo de declarar. Desde la Fiscal\u00eda se solicit\u00f3 su prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras su detenci\u00f3n el pasado viernes, durante el fin de semana personal de la Unidad Especial de Investigaci\u00f3n Especial del CIF localiz\u00f3 en una vivienda de barrio Hernando de Lerma de la ciudad de Salta, el auto en el que el acusado se dio a la fuga del lugar del hecho y se procedi\u00f3 a su secuestro.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este lunes, acompa\u00f1ado de un defensor particular, fue imputado y se abstuvo de declarar.
