Durante la audiencia, el acusado que fue detenido el martes estuvo asistido por la defensa oficial y decidi\u00f3 abstenerse de declarar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda solicit\u00f3 al Juzgado de Garant\u00edas 3 que el imputado permanezca detenido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La intervenci\u00f3n de la UFEM se inici\u00f3 en la tarde del 18 de septiembre, cuando el cuerpo de una mujer fue encontrado bajo el puente en inmediaciones del acceso al barrio Santa Luc\u00eda, en la ciudad de Salta.
